The county of Razgrad is situated along the valley of the Beli Lom river from south-east to northwest, in the central part of the north-eastern Bulgaria. The county of Isperih is situated in the very heart of the Ludogorieto district, at important crossroads. The climate is moderate continental, with hot summer and cold winter. On the territory of the county there are numerous small artificial dams, rich in fish. Their water is no suitable for drinking.
