For these kinds of services we charge the following fees and commissions:
Broker’s Commission – it is charged for each property purchase carried out with our assistance and it is payable right after signing the preliminary contract and paying the deposit.
Company set up fee – it is charged for consultations and assistance by our lawyers in registration the limited company in Bulgaria, one of the prerequisites to purchase a property in our country.
Transport fee – we offer two options for your viewing trip. One is with our company car for which the respective fee is paid per km, as in case of a purchase with our assistance, this fee is refunded. The second option we offer is you to find a rent-a-car service, as we can assist you in this proposing our long-time partner RENT-A-CAR SIXT.
Other fees – depending on the condition of each property, there are other expenses. These are preliminary fees /very low/ which are paid separately, such as a notary fee, tax of a real estate purchase, stamp duty, etc.
Fee of Property Management - Property Management is one of the additional services which our company offers and it is very useful for clients who live here temporarily for several months only and want to take advantage of the properties they have purchased in Bulgaria.
